International Workers' Day aka Labour Day

We have a long weekend here in China with May 1 being Labour Day. Those like us who have stayed in Shanghai for the public holiday are out and about enjoying a slower-paced city soaked in sunshine and warm weather. It was really nice to see lots of family outings and picnics in parks. We've been meandering around the city, exploring unfamiliar areas, re-visiting popular areas and catching up with friends.

We've noticed and greatly appreciate how easy the city has become to live in. Hope you all had a great weekend too!
